Foodway is an innovative startup in the food service sector, designed for people who value autonomy, convenience, and speed. The platform aims to eliminate queues and streamline the customer journey in restaurants, bars, and events by offering a fully digital and seamless experience.
The challenge
The main challenge was to create a digital solution that allows customers to browse the menu, open individual tabs, place orders, and make payments directly from their smartphones — all in a secure, fast, and user-friendly way. The system needed to be intuitive, reliable, and capable of reducing wait times for both users and venues.
The solution
We developed the Foodway App, a comprehensive mobile platform that provides a fully autonomous experience for users. The app allows customers to check in at the venue, view the menu, place orders, register credit cards, request assistance, and complete payments — all through their smartphones. The solution was designed with a focus on autonomy and efficiency, streamlining food service management and enabling a smarter, more sustainable way to consume.
